「PTE 口语训练」(包名 com.rollingword.pte_speaking)由 Little Tiger Software 提供。你可以在应用内删除本地数据,也可以按以下方式删除服务端账号与成绩。
1. 本地数据(立即)
- 应用内:进入「账号」菜单退出登录,可清除本地登录态。
- 彻底清除:卸载应用,或在系统设置中「清除应用数据」,将同时删除本地录音、评分与历史成绩。
2. 服务端账号与成绩(通过邮箱申请)
发送邮件至 service@flashavconverter.com,并注明:
- 主题:PTE 账号删除申请
- 你的用户名(用于定位账号)
我们将在收到请求后 30 天内删除你的账号、密码哈希与已上传的成绩摘要。删除后不可恢复。
3. 会被删除 / 保留的数据
- 删除:用户名、密码哈希、已上传的成绩摘要与排行榜记录。
- 不涉及:录音音频与逐词音素明细从未上传到服务端,仅在设备本地,卸载即删除。

"PTE Speaking Coach" (package com.rollingword.pte_speaking) is provided by Little Tiger Software. You can delete local data in-app, or request deletion of your server-side account and scores as described below.
1. Local data (immediate)
- In-app: sign out from the "Account" menu to clear the local session.
- Full removal: uninstall the app, or use the system "Clear app data" option — this also deletes local recordings, scores and history.
2. Server account & scores (by email request)
Email service@flashavconverter.com with:
- Subject: PTE account deletion request
- Your username (to locate the account)
We will delete your account, password hash and uploaded score summaries within 30 days of the request. Deletion is permanent.
3. What is deleted / not involved
- Deleted: username, password hash, uploaded score summaries and leaderboard records.
- Not involved: audio recordings and word-level phoneme detail are never uploaded — they live only on your device and are removed on uninstall.
