- Account information: If you create an account, we collect your username and a hashed representation of your password to enable login and progress synchronization.
- Progress data: We collect your level progress, scores, stars, and per-word learning results to sync your progress across devices and power the global leaderboard.
- Voice audio (on-device only): The App uses on-device speech recognition to hear the words you pronounce. Your microphone audio is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded, stored, or shared with us or any third party.
- Device identifiers: The App does not collect advertising IDs, device identifiers, or precise location data.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the App's functionality (word recognition, scoring, levels).
- To synchronize your progress and allow access from multiple devices.
- To display the global leaderboard.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Speech Recognition
Wordfall performs speech recognition entirely on your device using an offline AI model. Your microphone audio is processed in real time to recognize the words you speak and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party service.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account and progress data are stored on secured servers protected with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to comply with legal obligations.
6. Advertising
The App does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is an educational English-learning game suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond the account and progress data described above. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your account and associated data through the App or by contacting us directly.
